Damaged Item:

If your package appears damaged, or upon opening it you find the items to be damaged, please email us or call

Heavy Effects at 833-733-5344 right away. We will arrange to have the damage order picked up, please do not discard

the original packaging materials.You will not be charged for returning a damaged item, and a replacement will be

shipped at no charge. 

Payment Options:

Heavy Effects accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

All payments are being processed through Authorize.net. Allowing our customers transactions are being processed securely

by one of the most trusted names in the payments industry. All transactions are eligible for a refund. To request a refund of

your payment please call our business office at 833-733-5344 within 14 days of your transaction excluding Saturday, Sunday

or Holidays. If you have questions regarding our refund policy, please call the Billing Department.

Shipping:

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments

may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment

of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has

shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking number will be active once shipment is picked up.
